ResiParq was born from Sonicboom's commercial parking operations. After managing parking across shopping malls and commercial buildings, we saw a gap — residential strata communities were still using guard books, windshield stickers, and cash in envelopes. Nobody was building a purpose-built solution for them.
In 2020, we started deploying our proven parking engine into condominiums and apartments. The model is simple: we bear all the capex and opex — handheld devices, cloud platform, training — and the community earns a share of parking revenue. No complex hardware. No barriers or bollards. Just software and lightweight devices that go live in days.
Today, the Sonicboom engine powers over 100 residential sites across Malaysia, processing 1.5 million cashless transactions every month. No cash in transit. No admin overhead. No human error. Every ringgit is tracked, reported, and settled automatically.
